Acceptable stay but some issues exist
unstaffed bar poor communication
The location was pretty good, being close to the Winter Gardens was useful.
The bar downstairs was never staffed, I was unable to get a drink there. Breakfast was not included, and I wasn't told this at check in. The host just gave me my keys and left. There was no information about the place at all.

good breakfast convenient location friendly host unstaffed bar inconvenient drink lack of room guidance
the breakfast included a nice selection. the location was convenient (it's just a short walk to the train station). i found the service to be good overall. the host was friendly and helpful .
the bar downstairs was never staffed. it was inconvenient not having someone available to serve drinks. i also wasn't shown to my room upon arrival. the host just handed me the keys and left without providing any information about the place.

friendly host amazing location tidy room
i found the breakfast really good! the host was super friendly and available. the location was amazing, just a short walk to attractions, it was so convenient. the room was clean, tidy, and warm!

the bar downstairs was unattended. i had to seek refreshments elsewhere. the host did not provide a tour of the premises upon my arrival, merely handing me the keys before departing. i found this impersonal.

The location was close to Winter Gardens. The host was friendly and available. The room had tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast included a cooked option plus a cereal selection.
The bar was not staffed so I had to leave the premises to buy drinks

tidy room short walk
The room was tidy and clean (i was happy about that). Breakfast was very good. The location is amazing. It is just a short walk to the pier.
There was a bar, but nobody was available to serve drinks.
